A cross bringing together two named clones from the Black Velvet Eastern Panama line, prized for their deep, dark colouring and dense, velvety texture. The “S1” on the Scott parent means it comes from a self-pollinated (selfed) first generation, a breeding approach used to reinforce and stabilise that clone’s most desirable traits before passing them on. Paired with the Tezula clone, this seedling carries strong genetic potential for exceptionally dark, textured foliage as it matures.
