Alocasia Lauterbachiana Albo Corm

Alocasia Lauterbachiana Albo is a rare variegated form of Alocasia lauterbachiana, distinguished by its narrow, elongated leaves with a glossy, leathery texture and striking white variegation set against the deep green base. The plant’s naturally slender, upright leaf shape combined with the crisp white patches gives it a sculptural, elegant look that stands apart from broader-leafed Alocasia varieties. As a variegated cultivar, it tends to grow more slowly and requires more stable conditions than its non-variegated counterpart, including consistent warmth, high humidity, and bright, indirect light. It grows from a central corm and does best in a chunky, well-draining aroid mix with even moisture and protection from cold drafts or sudden environmental changes. Given its rarity, it is best suited to experienced growers.
