A complex cross layering three notable lines. The Zara 33 x Michelle Long 22 base contributes a distinctive leaf form and colouring, while the Carlablackiae JS01 parent adds its characteristic dark, dramatic tones. As with other JS-numbered Carlablackiae clones, I don’t have a confirmed source for whose initials JS refers to. Still early in its development, this seedling gives collectors a chance to follow along as its combined traits take shape.
